Concept Architect Hat

Job Description & Skill Requirement

• Concept Architect - Top Hat (Cab, Closures, Interior & Exterior)
• Develop and define the vehicle top-hat architecture covering cab, doors, bed, interior, exterior trim, and associated structures.
• Create early-stage concepts, layouts, and 3D CAD packages to address packaging, functionality, and customer experience targets.
• Collaborate with interior, exterior, body structures, and systems teams to resolve architectural trade-offs.
• Define clearance zones, interface definitions, and integration boundaries for top-hat systems.
• Support feasibility studies, fast iterations, and alternative concept evaluations.
• Translate styling and functional intent into robust, engineerable concepts.
• Provide 3D inputs to simulation and validation teams to support early assessments.
• Document architecture guidelines, assumptions, and design principles.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams during concept and pre-development phases.
