• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with infants, toddlers, or preschool children in a way that is consistent with each child's unique needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Partner with daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support the center’s success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

• Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• At least one year of professional teaching experience (preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred); high school diploma or GED (required).
