What we need:
1. Valid state teacher certification granted by the professional teaching standards board.
2. Bachelor's degree
3. Evidence of ability to establish working relationships that result in mutual respect.
4. Ability to speak clearly and concisely, both in oral and written communication.
5. Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
