Brandmotion is seeking a senior embedded automotive engineer to strengthen our internal electronics development capability and bring greater discipline to product execution. This role complements our Head of R&D by adding embedded architecture depth, automotive quality rigor, and technical accountability to our development process. The ideal candidate is technically strong, structured, and comfortable driving standards — with the potential to grow into engineering leadership over time.

• Design and develop embedded automotive electronics systems
• Architect production-level C/C++ software
• Integrate radar, camera, CAN, GPS, Cloud connectivity and related systems
• Improve code quality, modularity, and maintainability

• Define clear technical milestones for product programs
• Identify risks early and elevate appropriately
• Improve schedule predictability
• Participate in launch readiness reviews

• Support DFMEA and design reviews
• Develop validation plans
• Ensure robust design-for-production thinking
• Reduce post-launch field issues

• Improve design documentation standards
• Introduce structured code reviews
• Help formalize engineering best practices

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Experience in automotive embedded product development, testing, or a related field
