Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Budget development, execution, and forecasting
• Develop and maintain customer technical contacts
• Identify and secure new system application opportunities
• Understand customer and market trends for energy storage system products
• Drive continuous improvement with a focus on VAVE, warranty reduction, and obsolescence planning
• Up to 25% travel as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline
• 15+ years of experience in evaporative fuel systems, battery pack emissions, or alternative fuel system emissions
• 8+ years of technical leadership and management leading global teams
