IAV Group is seeking an Engine Dyno Calibration Development Engineer for the Novi project site in the Metro Detroit area. You will lead calibration activities, generate test plans, and coordinate dyno operations to support base engine calibration and validation.
The role requires a BS/MS in mechanical engineering or automotive technology, 5+ years in engine dynamometer calibration, strong data analysis skills with MATLAB/Simulink, and willingness to travel. On-site work is required.
