Thermal Simulation Engineer

Job Description

• Develop and maintain 1D simulation models for vehicle systems such as thermal, HVAC, energy, and cooling loops.
• Perform steady‑state and transient simulations to evaluate system performance under various operating conditions.
• Support component sizing, system architecture decisions, and trade‑off studies using simulation results.
• Correlate simulation models with bench and vehicle test data to improve model accuracy and robustness.
• Conduct sensitivity and "what‑if" analyses to identify key performance drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, controls, and test teams to align simulation assumptions and results.
• Support creation of test plans and instrumentation requirements based on simulation insights.
• Document models, assumptions, and results in clear technical reports and presentations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of simulation methods, tools, and best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
