Position Summary

We areseekingan experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager toleadtheimplementation andconstructionofourhigh‑profilecleanenergy projectsandmake a meaningful impact within a small, collaborative, and growing company.

This role willbe responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution—from pre‑construction planning through commissioning and closeout—while coordinating closely withend‑users, engineers, contractors, utilities, regulators,RTOs,and internal team members.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager with deep experience in renewable energy or infrastructure construction who is comfortable operating in a lean organization and taking ownership of complex project outcomesfocusedon safety, schedule, and cost.

The position is based in our office in Novi, Michigan with frequent travel requirements(25‑40%)depending on project needs.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage utility‑scale solar project execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all technical, commercial, safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the owner, contractors, engineers, utilities, and other stakeholders
  • Develop project status reports for schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety and environment, quality control, and best practices/lessons learned programs
Procurement,Construction & Contractor Management
  • Conduct the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) selection processandcontract execution
  • Support EPC contract negotiation sand manage the EPC contract through the lifeof the project
  • Review and approveEPC and major subcontractorproject execution plans and project schedules
  • Interface with the owner’s engineer, interconnection utility, RTO, and other stakeholders tofacilitatethe EPC design review process
  • Manage procurements and oversee the third‑party QA/QC process, factory acceptance testing, shipping,and deliveries for owner‑supplied equipment
