- Lead brake system development activities from concept through production.
- Develop and execute Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) for brake system components and assemblies.
- Plan, coordinate, and perform brake validation testing, including vehicle and component-level testing.
- Conduct brake performance, durability, environmental, and NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) testing.
- Execute test plans, collect data using data acquisition systems, and analyze test results.
- Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design, CAE, manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Support brake system integration, calibration, and validation activities during vehicle development.
- Ensure compliance with internal engineering standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and present validation findings to project stakeholders.
- sBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- .5+ years of experience in brake system development, validation, or testin
g within an Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplie
