M-Team Solutions is recruiting a Technical Service Coordinator/Engineer in Novi, Michigan. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing automotive tooling company.

We're looking for an engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of customer service, engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations. This role combines technical problem solving with customer support, spare parts coordination, quotation development, and project coordination for precision machine tooling used throughout the automotive manufacturing industry.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering degree preferred
• 5+ years supporting specialized tooling in automotive manufacturing
• Experience with machine tools, cutting tools, or work holding
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• CAD experience
• Experience preparing technical quotations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with GM supplier portals is highly preferred
• Comfortable communicating with international engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical service activities
• Prepare quotations
• Manage spare parts requests
• Process customer orders
• Support Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance
• Communicate with global operations
• Review engineering drawings and CAD files
• Ensure outstanding customer support throughout the service process
