Position: BIM Modeler - MEP (for Novi Sad office)
  • Develop and model HVAC, plumbing, and automation systems in Autodesk Revit using laser scan (point cloud) data and existing as-built/legacy documentation;
  • Produce drawings for all design stages and levels of detail (2D and 3D);
  • Model and coordinate the following systems within Revit:
    • Cooling systems (chilled water, VRF/VRV, AHUs, chillers, cooling towers);
    • Heating systems (boilers, hot water distribution, radiators, unit heaters);
    • Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) – control devices, sensors, dampers, and associated ductwork/piping routing;
    • Plumbing systems – domestic water supply, sanitary, storm drainage;
    • Water, Gas, and Compressed Air systems – process piping, distribution networks, and equipment connections.
  • Support the Swiss Building Construction management team in project delivery;
  • Accurately trace and reconstruct existing MEP systems from registered point cloud scans, ensuring model geometry matches as-built conditions within specified tolerances;
  • Cross-reference scan data with existing drawings, specifications, and O&M documentation to validate system routing, sizing, and equipment data;
  • Apply modern construction technologies and methodologies, including BIM and 3D workflows.
What makes you special:
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC/MEP design, modeling, or BIM coordination;
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP – specifically mechanical, plumbing, and piping systems;
  • Familiarity with plumbing and process piping systems (water, gas, compressed air);
  • Ability to read and interpret existing mechanical/plumbing drawings, P&IDs, and O&M manuals;
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience);
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (2D/3D), with the ability to support colleagues technically;
  • Familiarity with Scan2

    BIM workflows is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive;
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and collaborative mindset;
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
