The hiring range for this position is $64,199 to $72,000/year depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.

With your relevant qualifications including a degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economic Development or a related field, higher education preferred or combination of education and experience. Hands-on experience in event or project management, a plus. Previous local government experience is preferred.

Building positive relationships is a fundamental strength, complemented by a history of effective leadership and team management. You possess not only strong communication skills, conveying information clearly and concisely but also a genuine understanding and empathy for the needs of others.

You will showcase expertise in group facilitation, highlighting your ability to bring diverse stakeholders together for collaborative discussions. Your organizational skills will enable you to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
