Healthcare Management
Radiant Vascular Institute is launching a purpose-built, physician-founded Interventional Radiology practice in Novi.
Not a satellite office.
A focused, high-caliber clinic bringing university-level minimally invasive care into the community — without hospital bureaucracy.
We are hiring a Director of Operations (RN or Interventional Tech preferred) to help build this practice from the ground up.
This is your opportunity to:
- Bring advanced minimally invasive care closer to home
- Help women receive dignified treatment for deeply personal conditions like fibroids and pelvic pain
- Build clinic culture intentionally — from day one
- Work alongside humble, technically exceptional physicians
- Operate at the top of your license
The women and men of Novi should not have to drive to a university hospital to access world-class minimally invasive care.
The expertise exists.
It’s just usually locked inside large institutions.
We are bringing it here — locally, accessibly, and without ego.
Our physician founders trained at top institutions.
They chose not to stay inside large academic systems.
They chose to build something better.
Now we need an operational leader who wants to build it with them.
Who You’ll Work WithOur physicians are:
- Technically exceptional
- Refreshingly low-ego
- Builders, not empire‑seekers
- Culture‑first leaders
They believe:
- Clinical excellence is assumed
- Ego is not
- Bureaucracy should not outrank common sense
- Every team member should work at their highest and best use
If you thrive in hospital politics, this is not for you.
If you thrive in high‑accountability, mission‑driven environments — keep reading.
