• Active and valid Michigan SLP license required
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Comfortable serving students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized student plans
• Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices and ongoing professional development

• Provide screening, assessment, and intervention services for speech-language needs
• Develop, review, and update IEPs in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and school events as needed
• Offer support and strategies to educators and parents to foster a language-rich environment
