Role Overview
As a Patient Registration Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients across our healthcare system. You'll support patients, clinic staff, and medical teams by managing all aspects of patient registration, from check-in to discharge. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency and excellence of patient care, making a meaningful impact every day.

What You Will Do
- Greet patients and manage face-to-face check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle preregistration, insurance verification, and cash collections.
- Reconcile patient charts and assist with patient discharge procedures.
- Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them to the Customer Service Center.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate patient registration.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform calculations and complete forms.
- Proficiency in using computer information systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team setting.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software and email.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with a clinic environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
