Concord Hospitality - 27790 Novi Road - Responsibilities:
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.;
Greet guests warmly and ensure all service needs are met throughout the event.;
Communicate effectively with guests, answering menu and beverage-related questions.;
Take beverage orders and prepare cocktails accurately and efficiently.;
Understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure all liquor, beer, and wine inventory is accurately counted at the end of each event.
