End User Services, Messaging & Collaboration Engineer

** Primary Responsibilities
**** Technical Troubleshooting & Support**:
Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to authentication, permissions, sync, performance, and user experience across the M365 collaboration stack. Provide guidance and hands-on support during escalations.:
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, automations, issues, and changes. Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, propose efficiency improvements, and enhance overall M365 reliability and user experience.
** Education and Work Experience
** 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration with a strong emphasis on automation and collaboration services (SharePoint Online, One Drive, Teams).Experience working in global or large-scale organizations with complex M365 deployments.

Working knowledge of ITIL principles related to incident, problem, change, and service management.

Experience with content migration tools (Share Gate, AvePoint, Microsoft Migration Manager, etc.).
** Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
** Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture, including deep interdependencies between SharePoint Online, One Drive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.

Proficiency in Power Shell scripting and Microsoft Graph SDK for automation, reporting, and bulk operations (mandatory).Hands-on experience with M365 governance frameworks, information architecture, records management, and compliance features.

Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills across authentication, permissions, performance, and sync issues.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
