Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures, platforms, and pipelines while ensuring adherence to data governance, data quality, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Develop and deliver analytics, dashboards, and report solutions that provide actionable insights and support strategic business decision-making. Ensure seamless integration of data across enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and manufacturing platforms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and advanced analytics use cases that create business value. Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance process effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand organizational goals, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Continuously assess and optimize data processes, technologies, and workflows by leveraging process improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, and mistake-proofing techniques to enhance reliability, performance, and user experience.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field
  • 2-5 years minimum experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data warehousing concepts
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Experience with cloud platforms, Azure preferred
