Logistics Specialist (Novi, MI)

Employment Type:

Exempt – Salary paid twice per month

Annual Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hybrid)

The Logistics Specialist provides supply‑chain support to a specific account, targeting inbound/outbound logistics, data analysis, and support. The role is part of the Supply Chain Solutions division.

• Work with sales and operations to develop concepts, implement designs, and assist operations management with continuous improvement.
• Provide proposal support, gather and analyze data, and acquire product knowledge.
• Adhere to process methodologies and contribute to the design and engineering of supply‑chain services, including network analysis, transportation, distribution management, strategy, multi‑client and process management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• One (1) year or more industry‑related experience.
• No travel required.
• Position is not DOT regulated.
