Maintenance Custodian Associate

• Perform maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, floor scrubbing, and cleaning restrooms and common areas.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, dispose of waste in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders when supplies are low.
• Follow all safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps and following proper forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.
• Maintain a positive attitude to provide members with a great first and last impression.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred:
  Primary location at 27300 Wixom Rd, Novi, MI , United States.
