Commercial Cleaning– Assistant Manager (Part-Time, Evenings)

Location: Novi, MI & Surrounding Areas (Including but not limited to Farmington Hills, Royal Oak, Southfield & Wixom)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (30 hrs/week)

Pay: $17-$19 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit

This role combines active cleaning and leadership responsibilities —perfect for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working alongside their team.

• Daily Cleaning - Perform and oversee cleaning tasks in multiple buildings. You’ll set the standard for quality and efficiency.
• Training - Train, motivate, and support cleaning staff to maintain consistent quality and strong morale.
• Quality Control - Conduct inspections, address issues promptly, and help ensure client satisfaction.
• Communication & Coordination - Serve as the link between your cleaning team and management, keeping operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone with commercial cleaning experience who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading and supporting a team. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who is ready to take the next step in their career, grow their leadership skills, and build a long-term future with our company!

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle with proof of current auto insurance
• Must drive between multiple buildings during shift (paid drive time provided)
• At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Dependable, organized, and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to download and usemobileapps on your phone for daily tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in offices, medical buildings, and surgery centers
  • Sterile cleaning required—scrubs and PPE provided
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus!
