In your first year, you’ll secure key wins with MDOT and municipal clients, strengthen relationships that turn projects into partnerships, and build a high-performing team ready to deliver excellence. Fast forward five years, and you’re steering multi-state programs, shaping regional strategy, and leading a team that tackles some of the most complex transportation projects across the Great Lakes.
