As Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring KPIs are being met consistently. You will develop strategies to help each employee reach their best potential and devise effective plans to help them achieve targets. You will cultivate trust and respect among your team, engaging with them regularly, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and assigning tasks that build on their talents. You will manage relationships, drive continuous improvement, and develop people simultaneously.
