Main Responsibilities of a Closing Manager

• Responsible for every aspect of quality control and customer service
• Problem solving skills and a team leader directing staff while leading by example
• Ensuring all orders are made properly and out the door/ promise times are being met
• Taking deferred orders
• Training staff on closing procedures

We are looking for an experienced and skilled closing manager with good people and problem solving skills, who will run a closing shift effectively and with attention to detail.

Our Closing manager candidates are required to be in constant contact with the staff and customers. They need to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality customer services and monitor the overall financial performance of the store.

The responsibilities of a successful closing manager consist of ensuring timely and quality customer service ensuring our awesome pizza and menu items are being made correctly. You will be responsible for cashing out drivers, closing the store down properly and ensuring the nightly cleaning list is handled. Other duties include inventory and maintaining a positive working environment while in charge

• Ensuring employees are staying busy and pickup orders are being made correctly and in a timely fashion
• Ensuring all deliveries are accurate and on leaving the store in a timely manner
• Customer Service, making sure all customers are 100% satisfied
• Maintaining proper labor percentages
• Dealing with customer complaints and queries
• Overseeing the nightly cleaning of the store
• Maximizing profitability and productivity
• Motivating staff to upsell items when taking orders
• Responsible for closing out drivers shifts
• Doing the nightly deposit

Premier Pizzerias 2.5 miles apart located in Northville & Novi are looking for team members to help us continue to grow our businesses. WE HAVE JUST OPENED BOULDER CO & we are looking for some energetic people looking to grow with our store (3 more to follow)
Michigan:
We are in need of bonafide shift leaders ($16-$19 per hour,
Crew members ($15-$19 per hour)
Delivery drivers (Drivers average $22-$30 per hour!)
General Managers $20-$25 Both our stores have grown exponentially since the pandemic and are located in metro Detroit's 2 most desirable communities.
Our Boulder store has just opened and we are looking for motivated people who may want to grown with us as we bring 3 more locations online in the next 3 years
