** Global Manufacturing Operations Director
** to lead manufacturing and operations across multiple regions. This person will be responsible for improving efficiency, quality, processes, and overall business performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can work across different functions and countries, build effective teams, solve complex operational challenges, and turn business strategies into results.## What You’ll Do
* Develop and implement global operations strategies that support business growth and company goals.
* Oversee daily operations across multiple regions and ensure consistent performance.
* Improve processes and efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methods.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure results and identify areas for improvement.
* Work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other teams to support business initiatives.
* Lead supply chain and logistics strategies to improve cost, service, and delivery performance.
* Make sure operations meet applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
* Lead, develop, and mentor a global operations team.
* Identify operational risks and develop plans to maintain business continuity.
* Manage operating budgets, forecasts, and cost-control efforts.
* Identify and implement technology and digital solutions that improve operations and decision-making.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
* At least 5 years of experience leading global or multi-regional operations.
* Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics.
* Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
* Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25–40% of the time.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.##
