• Six Sigma Engineer - Job Description
• Lead data-driven process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV).
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate process variations to improve quality, cost, delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Define project charters, success metrics, and business cases aligned with organizational objectives.
• Apply statistical tools such as DOE, SPC, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing to solve complex problems.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams through structured problem-solving and change management.
• Develop and sustain standard work, control plans, and performance dashboards.
• Mentor Green Belts and project teams on Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.
• Track, validate, and report tangible business benefits from improvement projects.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
