Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
- Serve as main contact point between hardware DREs, Function Owners and suppliers.
- Coordinate software release activities along side calibration teams.
- Lead troubleshooting activities relating to hardware and software interface issues.
- Ensure timely hardware support for software milestones.
- Identify risks and escalate to leadership where appropriate to raise awareness and drive action.
Location & Travel Expectations :
- This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Novi, Michigan.
- This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
- Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (required)
- Proven experience coordinating SW release across multiple controllers and suppliers (required)
- 4+ years of experience managing complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects, with evidence of success bringing programs to life from concept to production (required)
- Experience with common project/ program management tools (required)
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment with colleagues from purchasing, manufacturing, etc. (required)
- Strong interpersonal skills including accountability, self-motivation, problem solving, analytical thinking, succinct communication and ability to develop & mutually thrive in working relationships. (required)
- Experience with design release of Powertrain components and systems. (preferred)
- Experience with internal combustion engine controls and calibration (preferred)

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
