Position SummaryThe Marketing Point of Sales Consultant is a strategic marketing advisor embedded within the Rolls-Royce Power Systems commercial team, responsible for helping our sales partners optimize their marketing activities and grow their market reach. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, partner enablement, and customer experience - developing and implementing local marketing strategies aligned with the Rolls-Royce brand, activating the brand at the Point of Sale, and delivering the insights and support that make our partners more effective in their markets.

- Serve as a strategic marketing consultant to sales partners, advise on marketing activities, develop and implement partner-specific marketing strategies aligned with the Rolls-Royce brand, and strengthen partner relationships through measurable marketing value-add and hands-on support.
- Activate the brand at the Point of Sale, design and execute targeted POS campaigns, training programs, and sales support materials that create a consistent, compelling customer experience across all sales channels and regions.
- Plan and deliver customer-facing events and lead generation activities, organize webinars, customer events, and brand activation initiatives in coordination with the Rolls-Royce Group to drive pipeline and deepen customer engagement.
- Generate and deliver market intelligence, collect actionable insights on market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive positioning, and translate them into strategic recommendations that inform marketing and sales decision-making.
- Drive brand differentiation and revenue contribution, enhance brand positioning through targeted POS activities and marketing initiatives that support market share expansion and commercial growth objectives.
- Associate's degree in Business or Engineering with 4+ years of experience in POS marketing, trade marketing, or partner communications or a related field, OR
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 2+ years of experience in POS marketing, trade marketing, or partner communications or a related field, OR
- Master's degree in Business or Engineering, OR
- JD/PhD in Business or Engineering, OR
- 6+ years of experience in POS marketing, trade marketing, or partner marketing or a related field in lieu of a degree
