Summary:

Assistant Clinical Leader, Labor and Delivery, Off-Shift

Location: Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week; primarily off‑shift (approximately 75% off‑shift, evenings and nights).

Under the supervision of the Director / Nurse Manager this role:

• Plans, organizes, and directs the provision of patient care services within the department.
• Assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies.
• Assists in the evaluation and discipline of personnel.

Education/

Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing; two years of RN experience. Current RN license in the State of Michigan.

Certifications:

BCLS/ACLS per unit standard and any additional certifications appropriate for the specific unit.
