We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide clinical care to residents in the neighborhood according to nursing standards of practice, board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards.

• Afternoon Shift – 3 pm to 11:30 pm – 16 hours weekly with an every other weekend rotation.

• Compensation commensurate with experience starting at $30 per hour.

• Develop relationships with residents and their families, using a consistent caregiver approach that supports their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, placing the resident first.
• Assess, observe, and evaluate residents' clinical condition; document findings in the resident electronic medical record and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
• Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect changes to a resident’s care and service needs.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long‑term care is preferred.
• Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
