Certified Nurse Aide CNA

Overview

Join our Well Bridge of Novi team! Our CNAs are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. CNAs observe changes in mood and behavior that help the clinical team recognize potential medical issues. They are a fundamental component of our clinical nursing team.

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, preventive care, morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive and healthy environment.

• Completed an approved nurse aide training program and current certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate and innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.

Starting wage $19.15 per hour, plus $3.40 per hour hero/hazard pay. Yearly wage increases are provided. You may earn up to $22.55 per hour.
