Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Compensation

Up to $22.55 per hour

• Starting wage $19.15 per hour
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero / hazardpay
• Yearly wage increases

• 8‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends & some holidays
• Part‑time or full‑time positions available
• Afternoons & midnights needed

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weight monitoring, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.

• Completed an approved nurse aide training program with current certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting the team and getting the job done.
• WB1 (Workplace Behavioral Indicator) – if applicable.
