Our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of different areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting‑edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team. Starting wages for RN: $34.15 – $39.00 per hour based on years of certification. Starting wage for LPN: $30.15 per hour. Plus $3.40 per hour hero pay. Yearly wage increases.

• 12‑hour shifts – part‑time position.

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors, creating a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• Oversee the nurse aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license required or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Current CPR‑BLS certification required

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• Long‑term care experience required

• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
