Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Henry Ford Columbus Surgery Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our busy anesthesia care team in Novi, Michigan. This full-time position offers the opportunity to administer anesthesia across a wide variety of outpatient surgical procedures, in a collaborative environment with experienced CRNAs and physicians. The role includes travel to multiple ambulatory sites as needed.
The CRNA will:
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans
- Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgeons and healthcare providers
- Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
- Administer anesthesia to all patient ages and ASA classes, including pediatrics and geriatrics
- Provide airway management services as needed throughout the hospital
- Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed
- Not open to lapsed or new graduate candidates
- Not open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidates
- Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
- Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
- Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described above
- Open to H1B and J1 Visa Candidates
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
- $40,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time

Certification Requirements:
- ACLS
- BLS
- NBCRNA
State License Requirements:
- Michigan
- Current clinical privileges, ALS Certification, and Must maintain all licenses and certifications in currency
