Registered Nurse

Erickson Senior Living seeks an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams in our continuing care community. In this on-site leadership role, you'll coordinate and oversee resident-centered care across assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, managing care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting quality, safety, and infection control. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, mentor clinical staff, and respond to resident and family needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on shift in a senior living setting
• Coordinate and oversee resident care plans and clinical workflows
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Provide direct patient care and clinical guidance for complex cases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes
• Train, coach, and evaluate nurses and CNAs to promote professional growth
• Monitor quality, safety, and infection control practices
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care
• Respond to emergencies and conduct thorough follow-up documentation
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
