Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Providence Hospitals, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. You’ll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring patients and their families receive the support they need. Your role is vital in fostering effective communication within the healthcare team and driving solutions to meet patient goals.

What You Will Do
- Lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Identify and implement solutions for variances from patient goals.

QualificationsWhat You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred.
