Optalis Health & Rehabilitation seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee nursing operations, establish policies, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The role leads infection control and education programs while promoting high-quality resident care.
Reporting to the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, the DON will supervise ADONs, Nursing Supervisors, and CNAs, ensuring adequate staffing, survey readiness, and robust documentation. A quarterly KPI bonus is included.
