The role involves stocking and customer service in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas. In the deli, you will be on the front lines of customer service, helping ensure a positive shopping experience. You will contribute to the operations and sanitary conditions required to keep products ready for our members.

• Maintaining safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conducting safety sweeps; handling hazardous materials according to policy; reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Maintaining the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns; stocking, setting up, cleaning, organizing displays; removing damaged goods; pricing merchandise; completing required audits and documentation; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Providing Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs; assisting with purchasing decisions; providing Deli products to Members; resolving issues and promoting products and services.
• Following company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies; operating, repairing, sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures; cleaning the area; monitoring fans, drains, and doors; reporting issues to management.

• Ensuring high-quality products are available and accessible for members; maintaining temperature control and disposing of lesser-quality products.
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays; maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
• Adhering to safety and company procedures in daily operations.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed.
