Pay: $20.00 - $28.00/hr*

The associate will support store operations by ensuring safe handling and storage of merchandise, providing member service, maintaining shelf safety and order, and supporting team processes.

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift safely to lift, move, and position merchandise pallets.
• Completes work assignments prioritizing tasks using available data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers.
• Receives and organizes merchandise and supplies, managing inventory flow, fulfilling paperwork, and maintaining accurate logs.
• Provides member service, addressing member needs, assisting with self‑service technology, and resolving issues.
• Maintains facility safety: conducts safety sweeps, follows forklift spotting procedures, handles hazardous materials, and reports unsafe situations.
• Maintains sales‑floor presentation: zones area, stocks, rotates merchandise, removes damaged goods, sets up displays, and ensures compliance with sanitation, food‑safety, and security policies.
• Assists with club pick‑up orders, staging products, performing occasional accuracy audits.
• Handles inventory: tracks goods, maintains in‑stock levels, controls shrinkage, and uses inventory tools safely.
• Operates and maintains forklifts, reporting unsafe conditions or equipment failures.
• Assists with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities, and maintains equipment.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
