Summary

Manage a branded beauty counter delivering personalized makeup applications, skincare consultations, and product recommendations while driving sales in a commissioned environment. Coach and collaborate with teammates, maintain strong vendor relationships, and execute events and promotions to meet and exceed counter goals. Leverage in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media, to build customer loyalty and a following.

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products tailored to customer needs.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and maintain vendor partnerships to maximize results.
• Provide excellent customer service, proactively handle customer concerns, and build customer loyalty by opening rewards accounts.
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation.
• Process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current industry trends.
• Strong ability to connect with customers, provide empathetic service, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Drive to achieve sales goals and experience or comfort selling on commission; familiarity with digital and social selling preferred.
