Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, training, and sales functions to drive productivity and create a superior in‑store experience.

• Assists in developing, inspiring, and retaining top talent.
• Maintains a positive work environment that encourages a “one team” mentality.
• Coaches, teaches, and trains Sales Associates for effective job performance.
• Partners with the Store Manager to identify high‑performing Associates for growth.
• Participates in interview and feedback for new Sales Associates.
• Supports analysis of business performance and executes clear action plans.
• Oversees all aspects of daily store operations.
• Executes action plans to optimize results.
• Ensures sales floor coverage meets customer expectations.
• Oversees merchandise flow, including shipment, replenishment, and omnichannel operations.
• Maintains adherence to Company Policies and ensures safety of associates and customers.
• Manages execution of store strategy to achieve performance goals.
• Optimizes sales/operations opportunity, leading Associates to execute merchandising strategies, loyalty programs, and company initiatives.
• Supports a store environment focused on consistently delivering a great in‑store experience.
• Leads proactive customer engagement to exceed expectations.
• Greets and assists all customers, shares product information, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Resolves customer complaints, identifies root causes, and initiates resolution.
• Acts as the customer experience leader, accountable for results and improvement plans.
• Creates a positive in‑store experience through visual standards.
• Other essential functions may be assigned by supervisor.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficient with technology such as iPad and registers.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Availability includes nights, weekends, and non‑business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales results.
• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum of two years relevant experience.
• Prior sales management experience.
