Responsibilities- Sales and Customer
Experience:
Drive sales using Store Force dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of your results and contribute to the store's overall performance. - Customer
Experience:
Consistently deliver a world-class experience to every customer. Connect with customers, identify needs by listening and asking open-ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and seek opportunities to leave customers with a positive impression. - Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values, including ethical sourcing and product commitments. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement.
- Product Passion: Continually expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently make informed recommendations.
- Development: Use company resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and pursue opportunities to improve skills.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): Encourage open communication and listening to team members to promote belonging and collaboration.
- Time and Attendance: Be punctual and reliable, participate in teamwork, and stay updated with company news.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience.
- Stock and Inventory: Use merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays based on sales.
- Policies and Procedures: Follow opening/closing procedures, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Note:
Candidates under 18 may be employed under the Lush Youth Employment Program where applicable by local regulations
Preferred:
- Experience with consultation-based customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
- Experience working in a team and in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
Twelve Oaks Pay: $15 USD - $15 USD
