Part Time Floor Leader - Twelve Oaks Mall

As a Floor Leader, you'll support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business, including driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. You will lead and inspire sales associates to achieve and surpass goals, fostering a culture of passion and positivity to create a productive and fun environment for customers and employees. The role is about making the world a better place one soap at a time.

• Driving Sales: Use the Store Force dashboard to coach and provide feedback to the sales team, adjusting the shop floor structure to meet and exceed sales goals. Own results and grow segment contribution to overall sales.

  Lead by example in delivering a world‑class customer experience, including product demonstrations and consultations. Collaborate with team to exceed daily sales goals and build a loyal customer base.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush brand values, including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging, and engage the community through store parties and other initiatives.
• Product Passion: Increase product knowledge through constant learning and make informed product recommendations for all needs.

• Development: Train, coach, and support Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and sales. Take ownership of own development and seek continuous improvement.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication, listen to perspectives on DEIB, promote teamwork, and recognize each employee’s unique contributions.

• Cash Handling and Store Opening/Closing: Manage cash transactions, register opening/closing, reconcile drawers, prepare nightly deposits, and secure the store. Take bank deposits as required.
• Time and Attendance: Lead by example in punctuality, promote scheduled breaks, and ensure team members are informed via daily communications.
• Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Stock and Inventory: Train team on inventory best practices, support management in inventory tasks, and adjust product displays using Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Policies and Procedures: Support management in maintaining compliance, ensuring staff adhere to opening/closing standards, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, cash handling and opening/closing procedures, supervisory coaching and training, problem‑solving customer service issues in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience with consultation‑based customer service models.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
• Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
