Support the Membership Program by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, and processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts. Assist with sales and marketing events, and strive to meet Membership goals.
Maintain a safe facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, applying forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
Process Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices. Secure items until members arrive and follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs.
Complete work assignments and priorities using company policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carry out tasks, communicate progress, determine improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.
Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.

CompensationHourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
