As a Shift Lead, you’ll help ensure that every shift runs smoothly by supporting the team and delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience; answer questions about services, wash options, and memberships; promote unlimited wash memberships and other offerings; educate customers on wash packages and services.
- Operations & Safety: Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel; prepare vehicles for washing; monitor equipment for malfunctions; follow and enforce all safety protocols; assist team members in resolving operational issues.
- Team Leadership: Serve as a key holder performing opening/closing procedures; lead the team during shifts; delegate tasks; monitor team performance; handle unexpected challenges; report issues to leadership.
- Attention to Detail: Inspect vehicles before and after wash to ensure quality standards; uphold the "Sparkle Assurance"; report equipment or operational issues; provide feedback; continuously look for process improvements.
$10.00 - $14.30 per hour.
