Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Passionate about AEO brand standards, you have an eye for merchandising and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is yours, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed, bringing your real self to work every day.

As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you ensure product flows seamlessly from storage to the sales floor, maintaining smooth operations throughout.

• Drive product movement through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom running efficiently by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Notify store leadership of merchandising opportunities, devise a plan, and take corrective action.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest service when required.
• Maintain safety and Asset Protection standards, following all AEO policies and procedures.

• You have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and effective time‑management.
• You can work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• You have previous experience in a stock‑related position.
