  - Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.

• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) ‑ strong plus in South Florida markets
