Provide information on Membership benefits, promote the value of Company products and services, process Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participate in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits.
• Promote the value of Company products and services and process Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Participate in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and steel standard guidelines.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans, and applying the Open Door Policy.
• Respect individuals, embrace differences, build teamwork, communicate with impact, and mentor others to create an inclusive workplace.
