We are seeking proven, one-call closers. You will not be asked to cold call, knock on doors, or generate your own leads. A dedicated field canvassing team provides pre-set, highly vetted appointments. Your role is to walk into appointments, build value at the kitchen table, and close the deal.

• W-2 employment with employer taxes paid, providing financial stability and uncapped commission upside.
• A 20-year legacy as a local, family-owned business with a focus on reputation and team care.
• Premium products in metal roofing, premium insulated siding, and custom windows.
• Real pipeline with a steady schedule of warm, pre-qualified leads.

• Run daily, pre-set appointments at homeowners’ residences across the Toledo and greater regional market.
• Conduct thorough exterior inspections (roofing, siding, windows) to identify homeowner pain points.
• Deliver high-impact, consultative presentations using the company pricing matrix and financing options.
• Ask for the business, handle objections, and secure signed contracts on the first visit.

• The Closer Mentality: You must have a track record of asking for the check. Order-takers and quote-droppers will not survive here.
• Emotional Intelligence: Ability to read a room, navigate objections, and pivot to financing options when price objections arise.
• Spotless Record: As a W-2 employee driving to company-provided appointments, you must have a valid driver’s license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, along with a standard criminal background check.
• Schedule Flexibility: Availability for late afternoon/evening appointments and rotating Saturdays.
