Sales Operations Coordinator

Star Cutter employs over 750 employees in six domestic manufacturing facilities and global operations in Europe, Mexico, China, and Brazil. Each manufacturing facility specializes in producing a specific type of product or service: solid carbide cutting tools, carbide blanks and preform, gear cutting tools, round tools, and 5-axis CNC tool and cutter grinding machines.

• Own and support the day-to-day administration of the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate customer, prospect, account, and opportunity data to help drive effective sales execution.
• Partner closely with sales leadership and field sales teams to provide CRM support, user training, process guidance, and system administration that improves productivity and adoption.
• Develop and maintain sales reports, forecasts, dashboards, and business reviews that give leadership visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, sales productivity, territory coverage, and key business metrics.
• Analyze sales trends, pipeline activity, and forecast accuracy to identify risks and opportunities, recommend action plans, and support achievement of revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve data quality, align processes, streamline operations, and support continued organizational growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes through workflow enhancements, automation, system improvements, data migrations, and scalable operational practices.
• Support territory planning, account assignments, quota administration, and opportunity management to help ensure effective sales coverage and resource allocation.
• Create KPI dashboards and executive reporting packages that provide actionable insights into sales performance, customer engagement, and operational effectiveness.

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using a CRM platform such as Microsoft Dynamics, Hub Spot or Zoho.
• Experience supporting a sales team and a strong understanding of basic sales processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sales environment preferred.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and workflow automations preferred.
